"Excellent -- Owner came out and we discussed options. Chose a SEER 16 system that qualifies for the tax credit. Installed three days later -- three techs spent entire day (redid previous air ducting because they were not pleased with it). Qualified for FPL rebate (which they took off the bill), a manufacturer rebate (which they sent in the paperwork for), and a tax credit for 2010 which I will get next year. Also pulled a permit and the county inspector came yesterday. Very professional outfit. Will use again."
