We specialize in high efficiency brands of air conditioners. We are certified to install the Nutone iQ Drive Systems that have an incredibly high SEER rating of 24. Many factors come into play when determining which system is best for your particular situation including efficiency ratings, capability with your duct system and warranty.
We are a participating contractor in the FP&L Residential Air Conditioning Rebate program that provides cash incentives up to $1,930 for you to upgrade your air conditioner and the Federal Stimulus Package enacted by congress will pay $1,500 to homeowners that install high efficiency air conditioners through a tax credit. So you have to pay income tax to qualify and you have to install equipment with a SEER rating of 16 or higher and an EER minimum of 13 for split systems common to most households. We have 100% financing available for qualified homeowners.

Programmable Thermostats
A programmable thermostat can be set to allow the temperature in your home to rise during the day while you are away, and then lower prior to you coming home towards the end of the day. Every degree you raise the thermostat setting will result in a 10% savings on your cooling costs.
